STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

Please provide 24 hours notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. We have a lot of clients waiting to be tanned that would love your spot! Late cancellations cost us. We have a no refund policy for late cancellations.

 

PRE PAYMENT ONLY

 

In a bid to make your experience as seamless as possible, we only take pre-payment for our spray tan services, this can be done via our website, over the phone or by direct E transfer. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is made.

 

PLEASE ADVISE US OF ANY ALLERGIES/CONDITIONS - LIABILITY WAIVER

 

Our spray tans are made from natural and organic ingredients and are very gentle on the skin. However, if you have a severe skin disorder, allergy or are pregnant we recommend that you seek your GP's advice first. The Tan Studio will not be held responsible for any reactions or adverse effects.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

We're confident you'll love your tan!  If there is any issue with your tan please contact us within the first 24 hours and we'll be sure to do our best to make it right for you.
